USB3 HDD docking station not recognized on HP 3005pr

You also mentioned that all is well when the external HDD docks are connected to USB 2.0 ports on the dock - this is what makes me think it is a dock hub issue.

As such do you have any other USB 3.0 devices you can try connecting to the USB 3.0 ports on the dock?
