Can you try the following: 1. Install the latest Intel graphics driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Sea...01&FamilyId=39 2. Install the latest USB 3.0 host controller driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...?DwnldID=21129 3.
