Hi,
Please point the Update Drivers mechanism in device manager to C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\ and enable check all subfolders. If that doesn't help please run through this guide: http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896 If the issue persists please attach the debug logs: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 Thanks, James |

The difference is that neither the displaylink driver nor the Thinkpad drivers work for me. Running windows 8 and the version of the dock that I'm trying to use is
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/prod...cID=MIGR-72822 It works with Windows 7 but not windows 8. When trying to update the driver and pointing to the displaylink directory (with the subfolders selected), the OS does not find the drivers. In device manager, it shows up under "other devices" with a yellow icon with black exclamation marks. USB Ethernet and USB Video. James, I'll send you the logs. |

James, so then the displaylink drivers won't work with this one, then?! If so, thanks for that as it'll at least remove trying to make the displaylink drivers to work!.
