Still DisplayLink driver problems with Win8.1 (?)

Hi,

I can't see any reference to a device with DisplayLink inside in the logs.

What device do have attached? Can you send me a link to the product page?

As already mentioned, it worked with my old computer with Win XP but not with the Surface Pro 2 with Win 8.1

Hi,

This device can require more power than the PC can provide it.

I'd recommend connecting both parts of the Y cable to a powered USB hub and then connect the hub to the PC.
