Hi,
When you connect the dock can you check if a Generic USB Hub / Generic USB Superspeed Hub appears in Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers? Conversely does the Generic USB Hub / Generic USB Superspeed Hub disappear if you disconnect the dock? Thanks, James |

Hi,
This appears to be a hardware failure - you should ask your supplier for a replacement. Thanks, James |

It seems, windows upgrade is causing hardware failure?! Why are other USB devices working seemlessly? Why this dock is fine with my another laptop with Windows 7 Prof? Is it joke?

So to clarify the current issue is that every time you connect the dock to your other laptop it works and and every time you connect it to your XPS only the dock's USB hub appears? Regards, James |

Yep, in details 3 new devices as you see on the screenshot; "Rodzajowy koncentrator USB" stands apparently for Generic USB in polish.
