I too am having an identical issue with the Dell Venue 8 Pro. I've tried a few different displaylink adapters, they all do the same thing when going to UAC.

Just observed that this happens as well when opening full screen Metro style apps as well.

This appears to be a Windows issue. We've seen the same thing happen with a directly attached display.

It does not happen with Surface Pro or Samsung Ativ700t. Doesn't sound like a Windows issue.
