Hi,
Can you try downloading and running the tool from this URL? http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=178 Please use it to disable the Nvidia service which I suspect is causing the issue you describe. Thanks, James |

The first time I tried this it seemed to work however subsequently I've continued to experience the same problem... Any further thoughts?

Hi,
This is likely to be happening as the Nvidia service has started itself. The work around is to disable the Nvidia service (called nvsvc) and set it to manual start up. (Open the start menu, type in services, hit enter, select NVIDIA Display Driver Service, right click on it and change "Startup type" to Manual). This will prevent it disabling DisplayLink displays. Thanks, James |
