I need to ask you couple questions to get better view on your problem:
1. What DisplayLink adapters are you using? Which of them are USB2 and which are USB3? Which one is not working? Is it always the same one?
2. Are you connecting DisplayLink adapters directly to the laptop or via USB hub?

I've went thru your logs again and I've noticed device with PID 8060. Please take a look into this article:

and its section about PID 8060.

Please let me know about the results.
