Dell Latitude 7350 and DisplayLink D3000

Running into the same problem one of our Dell Latitude 7350s

Heres the setup;
Targus ACP70USZ Dock
Video, Audio, & Ethernet Software for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 32/64 (v.7.7M4) – February 2015


Latitude 7350 Setup
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64x

Drivers:
Dell Latitude 7350 System BIOS

All other dock usb devices work properly, however the video projects on the external display but is a solid image and never updates. Its frozen. Performing any undocking or redocking does nothing to resolve the issue.

Any ideas?
