Sigh, soon realized that resuming from suspend usually resulted in BSOD. So did unplugging monitors, then plugging them back in (power strip used when stepping away).

Much more stable leaving the NVIDIA driver alone (described above), changing over to thew new DisplayLink software (uninstall, reboot, then install). It's from the Lenovo site, with Lenovo USB 3.0 dock firmware, and driver to go with it from here, version V10611

But unfortunately, still, about 1 in 5 wake-ups from sleep result in BSOD on Windows 8 64 bit. Re-cap, Windows 7 x64 was stable, with the same BIOS settings, same exact hardware config.

I've uploaded the log files for analysis, and please let me know if you need any other information.
