Win 7 64-bit, Unknown Device when plugged in

tallen83 Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2012 Posts: 4	Using the Encore ENMUV-2 USB to DVI/VGA adapter. Plugging directly into the desktop. No external power. Tried different USB ports on the desktop as well. Same result.
