Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on the forum. Based on your product description (Hyper Drive) it seems as this USB hub is not using a DisplayLink chipset. So it is not powered by our technology and we will not be able to provide you support in this case. I would recommend contacting your manufacturer or retailer from which you have bought that product.
