Hello gteibo,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Indeed the logfiles do not show D6000 connected to your PC. Do you know if something specific happened around the time when the dock has stopped working? Driver change, hardware change, other installations? And let me make sure of two things: Did you connect the faulty D6000 to a different PC and it did not get recognized there either? You've tried different ports/cables but the result was the same, is that correct? Thank you, Katarzyna
