I have the display link app installed and it doesn't show either display in the app?

Any help would be great.
According to the information provided by Lenovo for your docking station --> https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/acc...-service-parts the docking station does NOT have DisplayLink technology inside of it. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.

The information provided by Lenovo suggests that the dock has a DisplayPort multi-stream hub inside of it (DP MST). Mac computers do not support DP MST, which is why both of your displays are mirrored. Unfortunately there is not workaround for this condition using the current docking station.
