Hi Bombersuck,
My guess is that this problem occurs regardless of which USB-C port on your mackuy the docking station is connected to. Have you tried using a different cable connecting the docking station to your MacBook? Are the monitors visible in DisplayLink Manager when they don't come back up after waking up?
