Dell D6000 USD ports are very slow

Devices are the USB-A flash drives or external hdd.
Can't connect them directly to MacBook because it has only USB-C plugs.

From your screenshot, it seems like everything works as it should.

The reason it works at this speed might be caused by the type of device that you have plugged and it's capacity.
Please try to plug it in the different port (on the front and back of the docking station). You can also try to check it with another flash drive.
