Yeah, I’ve seen this exact issue pop up with Monterey/Ventura and DisplayLink – especially with Apple Silicon + Wavlink combos. It’s not always storage – sometimes it’s the system killing the DisplayLink process when resource thresholds get weird (file handles, RAM pressure). Try keeping >16GB free and reset display permissions in System Settings > Privacy > Screen Recording. Also check launchd logs for clues.
I added a tiny script to auto-toggle DisplayLink when it drops – hacky, but saves me mid-call. Let me know if you want it
