Default MS Teams beachball every few seconds

Hello,

I've noticed that MS Teams freezes and processes something every 2-3 seconds, completely blocking any functionality of the app and causing a spinning beachball icon for a few seconds. I've been able to determine, that it only happens when I'm connected to my DisplayLink-enabled hub. I have two 4k monitors attached, both running at 60hz. My Mac is an M3 MacBook Pro. My hub is the HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. When I'm not connected to the dock, MS Teams works just fine, so I believe the issue has to do with DisplayLink. Maybe Teams and DisplayLink are somehow competing for the ability to do screen recording, even if I'm not actively trying to share my screen? I dunno, but maybe this is a known issue or other people have it as well?
