Ipad wifi connect macbook

hi, i downloaded the displaylink app in the appstore and tried to connect it with my macbook via wlan. at the macbook i installed the 1.6 driver. if i insert the ip adress of my macbook in the ipad app, nothing happens. any idea???

The host software is only for Windows. There is no Mac support for the iPad app at the moment.
