Martin Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 75	Hi Duncan, This error is normally due to a dodgy connection. Please try unplugging/replugging and changing the usb cable and the port. The latest logs show that the device isn't being detected by our software. Let me know how it goes. Martin
