Default No Updates

I called Kensington support today and they told me the fix was to disconnect my keyboard, mouse, printer and monitor and connect them directly to the laptop. When I asserted that this was not a fix at all they put me on hold.

I was escalated to their Tier 3 Technical support and the gentleman that did answer the phone was great at acknowledging that there is an issue that DisplayLink is working on. There is no current time estimate for the fix and that they would post an update on their website to help keep everyone "in the Know"

So basically, still waiting....
