Max Resolution Incorrect

Different DisplayLink devices support different maximum resolutions. You probably either have:

1. A device based on the DL-160, that does not support 1920x1080 or
2. A device based on the DL-165, and the monitor actually supports 1920x1080, but the monitors native resolution is 1920x1200, which is not supported by the DL-165.

If you can post your logs, I can see what modes your device supports and what modes the monitor supports.
