I know how useless q-waves is and basically noticed that if you do a search of wireless displays, most of them are the same design (pretty much the same model just with a different name). I was able to install drivers of those brands onto the q-wave model, most of them successfully. However, since q-waves is not supported with windows 8, I just gave up on this quite useless technology as it is of use no to me and having a TV that can access the computer makes it easier.
