Exclamation DisplayLink Not Working Properly

I had recently bought a USB2.0 to HDMI converter for my VAIO CS36MJ, but its is not working at all. I installed and done everything according to the manual. But the DisplayLink UI does not appear in the Windows system tray. I even updated the software to the latest ,also unplugged and plugged all the wire several times but still no change. Even done a System Compatibility Check with the DisplayLink Support Tool, support Debug log attached.

Also checked each step in the Forums Thread about Debugging issues on Windows with DisplayLink, everything looks fine.
Yes PID_XXXX is showing 8060, even that I did everything according the steps given there.

Please update as soon as possible , because if there is any issue I can return the product (return policy is only for 2 days left)

Hi,

I'd suggest that you return the product for a replacement.

If the steps listed on the following linked article don't help then your only option is to return it. http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=324

Thanks,
James
