Default Flickering and repeated devices in Device Manager

Hello-

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon with the Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock. I noticed mild flickering on attached monitor, and via the Lenovo website downloaded the most recent drivers and firmware to update my system.

I have now noticed that two items appear in the USB Display Adapter section of the Device Manager (see picture):
Thinkpad USB 3.0 Dock
DisplayLink Display Adapter (4302)

Is this a problem? I still have the flickering, by the way.

Thank you,

Marc

Actually, it seems to be working now...I think it was because I was utilizing the Ethernet heavily during that time...maybe have affected performance.

Hi,

There are quite a few ethernet fixes and improvements in R7.4 M2.
In addition an issue with flickering windows (typically browsers) was also fixed in this release.

Let me know if this helps if the issues persists.

Thanks,
James
