Did you uninstall Display Link, including running the cleaner tool?

You should probably reboot between each uninstall.

I uninstalled my graphic card driver from "computer management" . From this time, not able to install again Intel driver.

Looking at the driver installation logs, setupapi.dev.log, the following error occurs when try to install any driver:
sto: Failed to call to import driver package. Error = 0x0000000D

But do not know how to solve that!!!

So you did not use Driver Fusion to clear out all the files "computer management" uninstall left behind. Hmm...
