Hi,
In the logs I can see a reference to a Fresco USB to VGA Device which was previously connected to your computer. It looks like some of the Fresco files have been left behind. From a command prompt please run this command "sc delete FLxHCIv" and then try installing again. If that doesn't work please download the DlCompatCheck tool from here http://displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=111, run it and attach the file it generates. You can find this file (named DlCompatCheck.log in C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug). Let me know how you get on. Thanks, James |
