Hi,
Please attach DlCompatCheck.log in the C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug\ directory to this thread. Thanks, James |

When I try to run the check it fails. Then ill run the application again and it will tell me "Some files extracted from DisplayLink Compatibility Check Tool 7.6 were modified or new files were created. Do you wish to put them to the archive?" I have the options Yes, No, Cancel.. Also this file was never created C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug\ directory
When I hit yes the file is created which is attached below Last edited by AustinBrodie; 07-14-2014 at 12:50 AM. |

Hi,
Thanks for posting the output. It tells me that FLxHCIv needs removing, which is what you've already tried. Let me see what I can find out. Thanks, James |
