Default Windows Surface Tablet

I have two windows surface tablets that when plugged into the usb display link bar reboot randomly. I have reloaded the driver with the latest but it still reboots. I have gathered a zip file but am not sure where to send it to.

Hi,

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool which will be in a folder called "DisplayLink Support Files" on your desktop.

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Thanks for the logs.

We've seen this issue with the Intel graphics drivers from March this year.

Can you run Windows Update on your tablets and specifically check and download and install the Windows 8.1 "Update" (KB2919355)?

Thanks,
James

James,

sorry for the late reply i was out on vacation last week. I checked tablets today and they both got that update on 5/2/14. I told them to let me know if they get any failures this week.

Can you check you have the latest Intel graphics driver installed for your platform? I think it might be this version here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...*&DownloadType

Thanks
