Got my new Targus ACP70UDZ docking station installed.
Whenever I dock my Samsung Ultrabook onto my docking station, Windows disables my Wireless Network Connection and since I do not have a Wired Network Connection I stay offline. Whenever I undock my ultrabook, Windows enables my Wireless Network Connection again. What is the solution? |

Hi,
I haven't seen this myself but disabling the Targus Gigabit Ethernet entry under "Network adapters" in Device Manager should resolve this. Thanks, James |

Hi and thanks for replying. I have tried this as well but the Dock still behaves that way. What can I do?

Hi,
Maybe you are affected by this: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=340 Let me know if that isn't the case. Thanks, James |

Hi James,
After having read the article you linked I believe that would be the potential cause. The cable supplied with the Targus is short, the notebook is only working connected to a wi-fi and the distance from the Docking to the internal antenna, could be hence too short. Therefore I think the noise caused be the 3.0 USB cable to the antenna is causing this issue. I wonder how could I isolate as mentioned in the White Paper the targus...any ideas I could try? Plan B, get a longer 3.0 USB cable and hide the device?
