BSOD After installing 7.7 on dell

OK BSOD fixed! I will try reinstalling the Displaylink software later and see what happens!

To fix the BSOD I unplugged the docking station, rebooted to safe mode (hit F8) and then used SafeMSI (google it) to enable windows installer in safe mode, it works on Windows 8.1 eventhough its not listed as supported, Uninstalled all Displaylink (core and application) and rebooted. Windows now works normally but without docking station.

Hope this helps someone else...
