The 2.3b works with OS X 10.10.2 (14C94b) and full functionality returns with Preview, iPhoto and Keynote. The only problem is with the screen saver on the DisplayLink monitor which gets stuck in "Loading Photos"
I don't know what you're calling "works" but the thing doesn't wake up the monitors half the time without unplugging and replugging the dock.
