Hello, Since I Update to Windows8.1 and 7.5M0 driver, i have problems every time I restart my Laptop (Dell Xps-12). To get that Display Link Targus active the monitors and Ethernet, I need to plug DC of Targus 2, 3, 4, ... times, sometimes more and others less, until the monitors and Ethernet are recognized for System. I don't undersatand because.
Do you know bwcause and what is the solution? Thank you. |

If the dock is a model ACP70 Item 60 or lower, replace it under warranty. If not, please let me know the model and item number.

Model : ACP70EU
ITEM#: 51 Is necessary to replace it? I think that must be a software problem, because when Windows8.1 recognized it, the dock function correctly until the system is restarted. Thank you |

I have the same problem.
Changed the laptop to a new model with Windows 8.1. Now I have to unplug and replug the cables several times in order to get the docking station to work. I also have a ACP70EU Item#:51 S/N: 1303002055 How can I replace this docking station (I bought it at Dell) ? |
