Hi,
Can you start by following these steps: 1. Disconnect any DisplayLink devices 2. Uninstall DisplayLink software 3. Download and run the Cleaner tool from here: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/sla.php?fileid=121 4. Install latest DisplayLink software v7.9 from here: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/downloads.php 5. Connect your DisplayLink devices Thanks, James |
