Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. The logs show what you have described. Unfortunately we are not the product manufacturer so cannot send out hardware. What I can do its recommend trying these steps and if they fail you'll need to obtain a replacement USB cable. The steps to try are: 1. Upgrade your USB 3.0 host controller driver to the latest from Intel 2. Connect to a different USB port on your notebook 3. Check the steps on this page as appropriate to your setup Thanks, James |
