Yes this is definitely a hardware issue.
By the look of it not so sure about a signal issue, seems more a memory problem maybe in the scaler of the TV? To rule out cables I'd use a different, short cable with no adapters. If that does not change the result then the TV has a problem, hopefully only for that input. Carlo |

I can connect the Mac to our Kramer Switcher using the same HDMI cable and it works just fine.
