Exclamation USB 2.0 UGA adapter in Windows 8.1 no longer working

Hi,

Installed my Display Adapter USB 2.0 UGA last week and got it working fine then. Worked from home on Friday so I had to detach everything to bring the laptop with me and now when I attached all cables again when I back in the office, the 3rd monitor attached to the USB display adapter are showing only when and flickers when the mouse pointer is moved to it (can't see the pointer itself).

I have updated the drivers (uninstalled and reinstalled, version 7.9.630.0 installed) for the adapter, updated graphics drivers for my graphics chip (Intel HD Graphics 3000), but no luck in solving the problem.

Checked the PID (accordig to http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...all-or-i-g#pid) and this is what I see under "Hardware IDs":
USB\VID_17E9&PID_019E&REV_0102
USB\VID_17E9&PID_019E

What else to do? How do I solve this problem?

Default USB 2.0 UGa adapter in Windows 8.1 no longer working

NOTE: My initial thread became invalid, hence new thread.

Hi,

Checked the PID under "Hardware Ids" in the Device Manager:
USB\VID_17E9&PID_019E&REV_0102
USB\VID_17E9&PID_019E

Attached are logs gathered with your debug tool.

What else to do? How do I solve this problem?
