Hi Marc,
Thank you for the logs. You have a hardware fault. Too many errors on the USB and Windows gives up. I would advise trying in another USB port with another cable to rule out a port issue or a mechanical problem. If that doesn't work, please contact the manufacturer, Dell, and mention you have a hardware problem, most likely in the dock internal USB3 hub as our chip cannot talk with your computer properly. DisplayLink doesn't design or manufacture these and your drivers seem properly installed. Kind regards, Alban
