Hello,
7.9 is compatible with your docking station, your computer and Windows 7. Windows has not associated the driver properly in the Device Manager or the device was not connected when you collected the logs. I would recommend you disconnect the hardware, use our end user cleaner, reboot, install 7.9 M5 I just put online, reboot again. Kind regards, Alban
