Hello,
There was no device connected when the logs where gathered. This isn't a driver problem, but a hardware one, as a device needs to be recognised by Windows before Windows assigns drivers to it. Was the device plugged in when you gathered the logs? If not, would you please do it again? If it was plugged in, then you either have a cable issue, or the unit you have is defective and I recommend you contact the manufacturer, Dell, for hardware support. Kind regards, Alban
