Thanks for the logs Davood,
I believe it's what I thought. There isn't any DisplayLink adapter. The antivirus/end point protection software is blocking its creation. I know it happens with the other two I mentioned but it looks like Norton does it as well. Please disconnect the device, uninstall DisplayLink drivers, deactivate Norton, install DisplayLink drivers, plug in the device, reactivate Norton. Then, you will see a new Ethernet adapter, and the entry in Device Manager will not mention NCM and probably something like Lenovo Giga Ethernet. Kind regards, Alban
