I have a surface book with a docking station, and 3 displaylink adapters connected to the docking station.
None of the 3 monitors work anymore. They were intermittent on v1607 and 8.0M1 - sometimes they would work, and sometimes not. When I installed 8.0M2, all 3 monitors worked at first. Now, despite countless reboots and USB reconnects, I am unable to get any monitor to work. Attached are the logs. Thanks for the help. |

Microsoft Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (Version 1607)
along with DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 8.0 M2 did restore my DisplayLink control icon to the desktop’s systray, and its “Video Setup” option does lead to the Windows “Customize your display” window to access the “Display” choice and the “Multiple displays” offering, but that still offers only “Show only on 1” or “Show only on 2”. The desired “Extend” option does still not appear! It is useful to know that the keyboard shortcut WINKEY + P delivers the “PROJECT” flyout which provides the useable functions “PC Screen only” and “Extend” for the USB attached second monitor. Optionally also useful are the following commands that can be embedded as locations into new shortcuts to turn the extended DisplayLink USB device ON and OFF (respectively). %windir%\System32\DisplaySwitch.exe /extend %windir%\System32\DisplaySwitch.exe /internal |

I have the same issue as well for my Windows 10 HOME Anniversary Update.
After installing the latest 8.0M2, the USB device keeps on turning on and off once I power up the WPCTVPRO. The USB device and the receiver will try to connect with each other for few seconds but will disconnect, and it will go on and on but the connection will not be stable. In device manager, samsung host ready usb device, will always show under disk drives, even though i already turn on the receiver, on which the usb device suppose to switch to a Display adapter once the receiver is on. Please see the attached logs of my computer for your further info. Thank you and I hope that there will be a fix to this problem of mine. PS. I've tried every suggestions in the forum and in support page but up to date i still can't work my WPCTVPRO to my Windows 10 desktop.
