What kind of product is that?
I can see that you have a Samsung driver which has claimed part of the device.
"SAMSUNG Audio/Video Device" should not be able to steal a device from another manufacturer.

What you have is a totally different product. The USB monitor designed and manufactured by AOC is not a USB dongle. It works differently and if you use the dual USB cable the manufacturer gave you through a powered USB hub, or any other way, you will see that their device works.
