Hello,
I'm missing quite a few files from the usual log, unfortunately.
Would you please use the tool linked in my forum signature which collects the machine information?
DisplayLinkManager.log will not list why Display 1 is not there as it's not a DisplayLink monitor. If you gather the logs when the issue is present, then I can get a snapshot of what Windows believes is there.
Also, when you do a Print Screen and paste it in Paint. Do you see the content from the ghost Display 1 ?
