Hello, would you guys please post the logs so I can see what graphics drivers are running?
See the http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...n-issues-to-di on how to generate the advanced logs. You are not running a recent Win 10 and, in that version, your primary graphics card vendor may have made a change of API. Instead of transforming your computer into a blue screen generator, the installer blocks when something sounds not right so you don't lose data. Kind regards, Alban
