No video signal - High Sierra on MacBook Pro

The situation is a bit more complicated than that but the basics are:

- 15" retina MacBook Pro (early 2013)
- OSX 10.13 high Sierra

I know the doc works because I also run windows in this same laptop (bootcamp) and the dock works as designed in Windows 10.

When connected, the system recognizes USB devices and I followed all instructions here: http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...at-all-when-co

but no luck. Any other ideas?

This is normally caused by our Kernel extension not being enabled in the OS:
