What do you consider the proper cleaning routine? Brand-new MacBook Air (2017, 13") with Mojave freshly installed. Downloaded and installed v5.0, then rebooted: black screen. Ran the uninstaller and rebooted: black screen (as expected). Re-ran the installer and rebooted: black screen. Repeat with various combinations of dock attached and unattached, monitor attached and unattached, etc. Add in some zapping of PRAM and resetting of SMC and you've got a picture of most of my evening last night. If there's a "proper cleaning routine" I'm missing, please point me in the right direction. Well beyond frustrated here.
