I've left Windows Update running, and I got Windows 1703 updated to 1803 version automatically by Windows Update.
Therefore WUDFHost start utilizing CPU fan again. I've decided to install DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows ALPHA 9.2 Alpha just to verify whats going on.
This time again same issue.

I have attached ZIP file from Diagnostic tool.
