No audio detected after 1903 update

The Dell E-Port II dock you mention does not use DisplayLink technology, based on the specifications Dell posts online for the unit. It is an older mechanical style dock that simply passes signals from the proprietary docking connector on the bottom of the laptop to the ports within the dock.
