Ubuntu 18.04 + iTec USB3 dual display + Lenovo Yoga - screen artifacs

I have exactly the same issue on my zbook 360 g5 when using two displays. When I only use one QHD-Display it works as it should. If I add a second one, the screen artifacts appear. I'll now try to implement your workarounds.
